Breathing & Energy Practices
Chapter 2 focuses on the internal energy of our body especially as it relates to breath in the yogic practice called pranayama.
Cleansing & Kriyas
Subtle energies move through channels which can become blocked and “impure,” so we will learn how to clean the channels using cleansing practices of the shatkarmas. Then retain it in different places in the capsule and locking practices, or kumbhakas and bandhas.
Emptiness & The True Nature of Reality
In this review of Chapter 4, advanced yogic topics surrounding the nature of reality, the dissolution of consciousness, lucid dreaming, and mudra practices that seal our mind in a state of unmatched bliss and peace.
